Notes

• Reduced rates for up to 4 people are available in LOW, MID and HIGH season.
  
  Changeover day are Saturday, flexible in other seasons
  A 7th person can sleep on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £90 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £20 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
  
  Clients can occupy the apartment from 2pm and must vacate by 10:00 am on departure day.
  TO BOOK :By e-mail or phone. 25% Deposit confirms the booking. The remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date.
  
  A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
