About The Owner
I work in the advertising industry currently and I am completing an MBA in Finance from one of the top business schools in the United Kingdom. I love to travel and have been to many countries (China, England, France, Italy, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Greece, Ecuador, The Bahamas, The Dominican Republic, etc.). Calgary is my home and there are so many things that make it a great city to live in and visit.

Why The Owner chose Calgary
I have lived in Calgary for most of my life and it is a great city. I purchased this condominium while I was a student at the University of Calgary in late 2008 because of its ideal location. I could walk to class, to the gym, to the oval, to the mall, to the grocery store, and to public transportation. There isn't a better location in the city in my opinion. And with it being less than 10 minutes away from downtown Calgary and Canada Olympic Park (ski hill), it is extremely convenient if you have access to a vehicle.
When I spend time at the condo I enjoy watching movies on the massive LCD television that I purchased as a graduation gift for myself, or relaxing on the private balcony and enjoying the view of northwest Calgary. The condo is located in Varsity Acres, one of Calgary's most upscale neighborhoods (home to a large number of professors from the University), which is a great and safe community and has tons of nice walking paths and green spaces.
What makes this condo unique
Being within a 10 minute walk of anything you could possibly need makes time in this condo very stress-free and low maintenance. The building is VERY quiet and the unit is quite private, which means a stay at the condo is always relaxing.
