The house comprises one bedroom and a bathroom, a kitchenette and a wonderful dining room that open its doors on the private swimming pool on the seaside. Have your breakfast on the terrace or play a night song on the piano at the moonlight. It is a perfect accommodation to enjoy some of the world’s finest offerings in terms of sea, sun, nature and culture. Easy to reach by plane (Pisa airport in 30 minutes), train (Livorno station to 20 minutes) or by car (private car park facility). Use it like base for Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa… but, of course, you can simply stay at home and swim in the sea.

Or still you can go the Venturina's Terme to take a bath in a hot natural little lake. If you prefer relax, take your car, and have your breakfast into the bar down to the village or have romantic dinner. into very good and not expensive typical restaurant or still got an 'aperitivo' surrounded by the fragrant Mediterranean bush. Or still you can visit some stone cave in Gavorrano or to see a turtle and stork park in Massa Marittima. If you like sailing go to Rosignano port and ask for a tour to Elba o rent a boat if you want to do by yourself. Or finally simply relax on your terrace.

Seaside: The beach just outside the house is a rock one, if you want sandy beach you car reach them in few minutes by car.

Children: Children are welcomed but the rocky beach is not particularly suitable for very little baby and on the terrace they need to be controlled strictly to avoid falling on the rocks.
