We purchased our first home in the desert in 1998 after falling in love with the area while on Spring Break with our children. We bought our first condo in Tierra Hermos in 2006 and this new one in 2012. The location and the amenities are the best in the area. The location is perfect. We are avid golfers and enjoy several of th courses within 10 minutes. The hardest part is returning to Oregon in the winter after spending time in our condo!

We absolutely love the Palm Springs area. So much history and such a fun downtown area. There is always so much to do - and the weather is to die for!
We love to golf and hike! We also enjoy the restaurants and shopping in the downtown area.
