This is a large and luxury, 3rd floor, 3 double bedroom self-catering holiday apartment with 2 balconies and amazing panoramic sea views. Watch the sunset from your lounge balcony & master bedroom and marvel in the fantastic view you have of the coast.

You can enjoy the sunshine morning, noon and evening from the balconies as between them they offer 360 degree aspects and also enjoy outdoor cooking on the in-built BBQ.

The apartment is just a short 10 min (approx) stroll down to the beach. Closest bar just 200 metres away and there is a supermarket here too which is useful for daily supplies.

Superbly equipped, the apartment is perfect for families with children of any age. There is free wireless wi-fi available in the apartment for guests.

There are two folding beds that enable the apartment to sleep up to 8 people in total.

For the moments where you'd like to stay in and relax there is English satellite TV for all your favourite programmes and a DVD player with over 20 DVDs suitable for all ages.

If you need another apartment in the same building there is a spacious studio apartment on the next floor up from this apartment, which is also available for rent should you need to accommodate more people or another family. It comes fully equipped including a kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, lounge & dining area, king sized bed and large shower room- perfect for the kids or the adults to escape to. There is easy access between the two apartments via the main stairway.

Studio Apartment (can be added): There is a completely separate studio apartment above this 3 bedroom apartment which we also own. It can be rented with this 3 bedroom apartment for an additional fee or it can be rented on its own.

The master bedroom is en-suite, has a king sized bed and enjoys views over the sea. All rooms have in-built wardrobes and large windows overlooking sea or forested area. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and mattresses are of a very high quality to offer excellent levels of comfort. Either medium of firm pillows are available to suit preferences. Mattresses, pillows and floor coverings are chosen to reduce allergens and benefit people with breathing conditions. A range of spare bedding is on hand. This condominium was even nicer than we had anticipated. It was extremely clean and well equipped, with all the amenities and it was very nicely furnished and decorated. But the VERY BEST part of staying there was the panoramic view of the gorgeous Nazare Beach and the cliff side - it was absolutely breathtaking! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend staying there and are very much looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit Portugal!

Excellent Accommodation

Our stay at this apartment was perfect. All the listing descriptions regarding location, layout, facilities etc were very accurate. The property was very clean and extremely well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your holiday perfect.

There is quite a lot a building work going on in the vicinity but this did not interfere with any of the spectacular views or any of our holiday plans (the double glazing works a treat!!). As the apartment block has no lift I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who cannot climb the stairs.

Nazare is a very busy town that has all amenities required for a self catering holiday. The beach is lovely and there are some really good restaurants around the main square serving authentic Portuguese food. You do need a car to get around.

We visited Sao Martinho do Porto which is south of Nazare about 15 mins drive - absolutely lovely and some excellent restaurants. We ate there about three nights running.

Foz de Arelho is another fantastic beach to visit just south of Sao Martinho do Porto. You will be amazed at the views and the beach.

The information pack, including very good directions from Lisbon airport, from our host was first class. I would like to thank him for the great accommodation and facilities provided.

Grat time at this panoramic sea view apartment

We were a group of friends and we all loved the apartment. It has a grat view, is well equipped and was very clean.
The furniture is modern.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
