This villa is in a great location for all amenities, - there are shops, bars, restaurants, tennis courts and stunning views within easy walking distance ! its location is up market area. Unwind in our built in Sauna, (with adjacent shower cabinet) and feel the aches leaving your body. Relax on the patio or go up to the sun terrace roof and take in great views of Javea countryside, (plus glimpses of the sea !), or just relax and get that great tan. There is a good quality portable BBQ by the rockery/water feature. had a hard day shopping ? get in the heated Jacuzzi with a glass of free wine and relax. You want to watch your FAV soaps/ football we have 107 cable channels all for you The furnishings are top spec as your own home would be. We hope that everything you need for a fantastic holiday is in the villa, but are also contactable for extra information or support just in case you need it. 24 HOURS a day 7 days a week enjoy the summer holiday you find it very romantic

Outside: Outside is the sun terrace or go up to the sun roof and relax and look at the views if you had a long day out go into the heated jacuzzi and have a glass of wine and relax or maybe you want to go into the sauna get all the aches and pains away or you just want to relax in the private swimming pool its all there for your great vacation once you have stayed you will want to come back its the perfect holiday to just chill out if you hungry there is a barbie there for you to cook for the family. There is an entrance with electric gates the villa is fully alarmed, with Video Intercom entry system. We all need a break this is perfect to unwind and recharge your batteries

Health : Javea It is rated by the World Health Organisation as 'environmentally near perfect'. Shopping centre, small shops, restaurants, pubs, disco, cafe, internet cafe, theater, cinema, water park, amusement park, harbour, museum, church, park, market, board walk, concerts beach. Take a ferry trip over to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca or Formentera - they're only a 3-hour journey away by fast-ferry so you can squeeze in a day trip or go for a night or two.

golf: There are two top golf courses in Javea where you will see ex footballers and managers on the course

want to thank Ray for our stay in this villa we have stayed in several Villas but this villa has the woww Factor its better than my house in Uk
it has everything you ask for i will be booking again for next year and have some great pictures to show my friends in Devon everything was spot on thanks once again

Hi Raymond,

We had an absolutley fantastic time in a top quality Villa. We enjoyed
it so much you nearly had 6 squatters!! The location is great and the
facilities in the Villa were the best weve ever had, if we ever return
to Javea we will certainly be looking to re-book.



I would also like to mention that Tony and his wife were very friendly
and helpful.

Stayed in lots villas all looked nice on the internet then when you get there its not what it was like on the web site This villa the web does not do it justice it was out of this world had everything sauna private pool jacuzzi even sky sports Los Prados is all furnished better than my own home had a great time and 100 per cent sure i will be back next year the week went to fast thank you Ray for letting us rent your home
