A brand new villa furnished to the highest standards located above the exclusive Fañabe – Bahia del Duque beaches in southern Tenerife. This dream like property, built on three floors, comprises 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted independent studio sleeping 2, large living/dining room with 3 Italian leather sofas, 42 inches plasma television, DVD player, hi-fi system and dinner table with 8 chairs. The master bedroom downstairs is suitable for elderly and infirm and features, in the en-suite bathroom, a large jacuzzi bathtub. The master bedroom upstairs has an adjoining reading room and a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The ample garden offers a 10x5 mts pool, heated during the winter, a children’s pool, a solarium with loungers and umbrellas, shady porch with table and chairs to lunch alfresco, outdoors seating area and built-in BBQ. Selection of books, games, CDs & DVDs. Complimentary welcome basket. Non-smokers only, no pets, children welcome.

Set high above the exclusive beaches of Fañabe and Bahia del Duque, accessible by car in only 10 minutes, the privileged location of the Villa Angelica offers wonderful views of the coastline and the rugged Adeje Mountains and to the west the island of La Gomera. The Aqua Club Termal is located nearby and with over 6,000 sq. metres of facilities, is one of Europe's finest sports and leisure centres. The Open de España 2003 was held at Costa Adeje golf course, which is included in the PGA circuit. The golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo, has 27 holes on wide greens and features obstacles such as gorges and lakes.
