Our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa is in the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park. For our guests' comfort we have high end furnishings to enhance your vacation experience. The master suite has a large bathroom which features a garden tub for your relaxation. The spacious, open floor plan is a perfect place for everyone to gather. The great room and master bedroom open out to an extended deck and private swimming pool. There are chaise lounge chairs to relax on and a table and chairs for poolside dining. If you prefer to be out of the sun, there is a large, covered area adjacent to the pool area. All bedrooms have HD TVs, and there is a Playstation 3 for gamers. The superb, fully equipped game room includes pool table, foosball and mini basketball. Enjoy free wireless internet access and free phone calls to 60 countries. We are situated in close proximity to Disney and all the other theme parks. We are only 1 hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Gulf or Atlantic beaches. For golfers we are 10 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course, and you'll find other numerous golf courses nearby. Berry Town Shopping Centre just down the road has a supermarket, pharmacy and there is a wide selection of restaurants available. You'll find easy access to Hwy SR192. We employ professional property managers to assist you should any problems arise.

About Debbie

We recently purchased our villa and love having the opportunity to share it with you! Our children and grandchildren love the Disney Parks, golfing and especially our pool. Our desire is for you to have a wonderful vacation starting with a fabulous place to stay.

Why Debbie chose Highgate Park

We have been visiting the area for years and staying in a hotel. We rented a villa for our last family vacation and found it to be so much better than everyone crowding into a hotel room to visit. We like that Highgate Park is a gated community and easily accessible to all the places we enjoy visiting.

What makes this villa unique

We find it so relaxing lounging around our pool with the newspaper or a book. We have a great neighborhood to walk through and the playground is great for the grandchildren to wear off some energy.
