Peaceful, quiet, relaxing country atmosphere: Large living room, sitting room/library. Kitchen is fully loaded, side-by-side refrigerator with built-in ice maker, dishwasher, pantry, microwave, stove. Formal dining room with sliding glass doors that open onto the screened porch. Master suite with king size bed, fireplace, couch, chairs and walk-in closet is on end of the house with other bedrooms on the other end. One bedroom has queen size bed with private bath, one room has full size bed and the other has bunk beds with full size on bottom and twin on top. All bedrooms have large closets. 1+ acre of fenced land. Both front and back is loaded with shade trees and back yard is full of fruit trees. Front yard has a hanging swing plus wooden chairs. The back yard has the large screened porch that has wicker furniture plus a gas grill.
Within 1 hour of Orlando and all major attractions. Within 30 minutes of Clearwater beach. Within minutes of Tampa's Finest Culture such as Tampa Bay Performing Arts, Florida Orchestra, Museum of Science & Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Cruise Port, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The home is only 30 minutes from Hillsborough River State Park which is great for fishing, swimming, canoeing, and nature walks. Night life at Ybor City & Harbour Side.
Other Activities: Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Florida Aquarium, Museum of Science and Industry, Lowry Park Zoo, Tarpon Springs, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino
