Accessibility: The villa is on one level and is open plan making it easily accessible for wheelchair users. However it has not been specially constructed or adapted for this purpose. Please ring to discuss if you have particular needs and I will be able to give exact details of whether the villa would be suitable.
Outside: The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is 24m x 12m and can be heated when required. There is also a jacuzzi and a child safe pool guard. There is a barbecue for the use of guests. This must be used outside of the pool area and away from the pool screen. The closest 24 hour supermarket is 5 minutes drive. Restaurants and shops are plentiful within 5 minutes drive. Large shopping centres ranging from designer outlets (cheaper end of line items) to the Mall at Millenia with 3 department stores, designer stores, electrical's etc. are within 30 minutes drive.
Guest Comments: 'We had a fantastic week, the villa exceeded our expectations - the quality of everything was outstanding and you've really managed to cover just about everything that could be needed during a stay there - it is short of nothing. A brilliant spacious villa which we'd be happy to recommend.' 'Just to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday, we actually didn't want to come home. Your villa's beautiful, and very well positioned on a corner, making it very private.
