It is perfectly located on the renowned 5* Windsor Hills Resort just 1.5 miles from The Magic Kingdom and centrally located for the many attractions of Florida. The lounge has large comfy sofa's perfect for relaxing after a hectic day at the parks! Your own private pool is set just off the lounge, great for catching the late evening sun or taking an early morning dip. The stylish dining room is set ready for dinner and the fully fitted & equipped modern kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a snack or a family feast. All 3 bedrooms have private en-suite facilities. There are flat screen TVs & cable TV in all rooms, full entertainment system including a PS2 in the lounge & telephone with free local calls.   • The property is available 52 weeks of the year. We accept short term stays, holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company in the immediate vacinity who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.

    BOOKING PROCESS Please email or phone to check availability. We will provide you with a quotation and booking form. When we receive your completed booking form by email or Fax together with your 10% deposit payable by either credit or debit card we will then secure your booking and forward confirmation. The full balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to arrival in the US. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before your departure, the full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • Additional information on rental rates:
    Fees: £60 Cleaning fee
    13% tax rate (compulsory tax in Florida)
    Pool heating (if required) - £9.00 per night - (recommended Oct-Apr)
    Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we hope to be able to accommodate your request however this will depend on availability and arriving & departing guests times)

    IF YOU FIND AN APARTMENT OF THE SAME SIZE & QUALITY AT THIS RESORT ON HOLIDAY-RENTALS.CO.UK FOR THE SAMES DATES CHEAPER THAN WE QUOTE, WE WILL MATCH THE PRICE OR BETTER IT - SO DON'T BE AFRAID TO COME BACK TO US.

  • Cancellation Policy

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form.

    Cancellation will incur the following charges:

    * 90 days or more out from your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus £50 processing & admin fee.
    * Within 90 days of your arrival – Deposit is Non-Refundable
    * If full cancellation is given 30 or more days out from arrival date – 50 % of rental paid is returned to guest.
    * If you cancel booking or individual dates less than 30 days from arrival date – no refund is given.
    * If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
    * No refunds for early departure.

Our townhouse is in a lovely secluded position with off road parking in a secure gated community, guests have free access to all of the recreational facilities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort. There is a useful convenience store, gym and a games room, a full-size swimming pool, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, a special play area for children, as well as a cinema showing the latest movies for free! The Disney Resort Parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studies all within a 5 minutes drive. There are also the two Disney Water Parks of Typhoon Lygoon and Blizzard Beach close by too. Slightly further afield, within a 10 minutes drive, you can find Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure along with City Walk (shopping outlets on I-Drive). Ideally located to explore the many tourist attractions of Florida or to just enjoy a relaxing break away from it all and you're never far from the entertainment staying at Windsor Hills !

A great property - beautifully and tastefully furnished. Very friendly people to deal with for booking. Provided all the information we needed. Fantastic location - so close to Disney. Great facilities on site. Had a wonderful break and hope to be back again soon! Would definitely recommend to all.

we just arrived home after a grweat holiday in the usa . the house was fantastic in great location close to all ammentieis and was equipt and furnished to a very high standard to meet all our needs
the children loved the pool and we could see them from the lounge and kitchen

we had a fantastic stay at this property . it was well furnished with everything we needed . the pool was private and great to take the late night and early morning swims kids were very safe and we easily see them from inside the house . the property was spacious and comforting for the whole family .
we have booked again for next year

We had a wonderdful time at the townhouse. Very clean and the decor was beautiful. Really nice to come home from disney and jump in the pool!. Thank you also to Sam who was very friendly and easy to deal with.
