First of all I want to thank you for making your villa so comfortable and affordable. The location was ideal for touring Florida and so close to the home of NASA which is a treat for space and astronomy enthusiasts as you can see the shuttle launch pad from the beach which is a 10 minute walk from the villa. The Kennedy Space Centre itself is within a 30min drive. This was our first visit to Florida and we really enjoyed the state and its people. There is an abundance of tourist attraction information in the villa which is very clean and well appointed. The location of the villa is in a residential area and you quickly feel at home and part of the community. Everyone in Florida wants you to enjoy your visit to their state and restaurant dining is a must!! A hire car is essential if you want to tour the area. The location is rather more central that you would imagine. Miami can be reached in 3hrs; Orlando for serious shoppers (and Disney World etc) in 45mins; St. Augustine in just over an hour PLUS the many, many “stop offs” in between. We would certainly recommend this property to a friend and we found the owners a pleasure to deal with.

Block and a half from the beach.

The property was a typical beach bungalow home, and an end lot with room for kids to play. Plus convienence was a major factor, quite area but close to everything.

Wir haben 17 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Florida verbracht und das Ferienhaus war wie für uns gemacht.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, und der nächste Urlaub dort ist schon in Planung...

Gemütliche Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Wir (4 Personen) haben im März eine schöne Woche in der ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück auf der kleinen Gartenterrasse. Die Lage der Wohnung ist günstig: nur wenige Minuten bis zum herrlichen Strand, Cocoa Beach und Kennedy Space Center. Auch Orlando ist nur eine gute Autostunde entfernt. Wir haben einige schöne Ausflüge in die Naturparks der nahen Umgebung unternommen.

Olschewski, wir bedanken uns für die Überlassung Ihres sehr gemütlichen und top gepflegten Ferienhauses (das wir nur weiter empfehlen können) und die freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die traumhaften Strände und die Ausflugsziele brauchen wir nicht zu erwähnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße aus Mainz. Ursula Rother, Silvia u. Andreas Anton. Hallo Helene und Friedhelm, herzlichen Dank für die Überlassung Eures Ferienhauses. Drei Wochen Cocoa Beach, einfach herrlich und kaum mit Worten zu beschreiben. Nicht nur Sonne, Strand (soweit das Auge reicht), Badeurlaub und Zigeunerleben (immer kurze Hosen und ein Badelaken unter dem Arm), sondern auch ein wunderschönes Umland (Orlando, Walt Disney und die anderen Parks, Kissimmee, Daytona). Die weiteren Aufzählungen würden jetzt Seiten füllen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft in Eurem schönen Haus. Florida ist einfach 'Spitze'. Vielleicht gibt es ein Wiedersehen. Fam.
