Large Sunny 4 bed detached villa - sleeps upto 10 ! Large kitchen, lounge and terrace overlooking the large pool. The Villa Is equipped to a very high standard and sleeps up to 10 people. Great for a family summer holidays, short breaks or a winter break. Excellent restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Blue flag beaches within 15 minutes walk and 3 Professional Golf courses all within 10 minutes drive. There is an excellent bus service at the end of the road for trips into Torrevieja or simply to the beach or shops. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots, as well as some wonderful historical monuments. There is a variety of festivals which take place every month. Torrevieja is also well known for for its outstanding port, the remains of which can still be seen in La Mata and along the coast are the ancient watchtowers which were used to warn against pirates.

Playa Flamenca is ideally situated, just off the N332 to Cartagena, and also, the A37 motorway, linking Alicante to Cartagena. Our villa is 45 minutes drive south of Alicante airport, or 20 minutes drive north from Murcia airport. Playa Flamenca is a quiet residential area, close to blue-flag beachs and many amenities. Local restaurants are very family friendly and the beaches and pool are very safe and clean. Car hire is advisable for golfing, touring, sight-seeing etc. Pick up service to and from the airport, available as an extra, if requested. Regular bus and 24 Hour taxi service available in the area. Banks, ATM, Local Police, and Tourist Office, all within easy walking distance from the villa.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • All reservations require a deposit of 20% plus €200 security deposit, which is refundable, and will be returned as soon as possible after satisfactory inspection of the villa, and the villa keys are returned. Settlement of account eight weeks prior to arrival dates.

    All rates include clean hand towels and bath towels and reasonable use of air conditioning, and electricity.

    In addition to the rental rate there is an additional end of stay cleaning charge which is 60 euro for the clean plus a further 5 euro per person laundry charge.

    All linen will be replaced once a week.
