Nested in a sleepy hamlet just 1.5 km from the beautiful Renaissance town of St. Vincent with a medieval, central dominating castle. The Villa is at the end of the village immersed in a beautiful natural environment. Ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation. The stone walls surrounding the property offer complete privacy around the stone-decked pool. A covered terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect dining area by the pool and garden. The interior is spacious and has been stylishly redesigned, combining modern furniture with traditional materials. Special attention was given to details. Istrian legends, smells and tastes all create a distinct atmosphere that also rubbed on the St. Vincent Villa making it a very special place to spend your holiday at. The villa is available all year around. An exclusive cook hire service is avilable.

In the South-central part of the Istria peninsula, lies the medieval town-monument of St. Vincent. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, while vineyards and olives dominate throughout this area with warm Mediterranean climate. St. Vincent and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from other parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national park with a 18-hole golf course are just a 20-minute drive away. The Adriatic coast with the crystal clear sea and all kinds ofwater activities are a 20-minute drive near the beautiful city of Rovinj with its art community. Great restaurants, taverns, wineries are all around the Villa and there is a mountain bike trail that passes next to it.

Travel: Pula airport (in Croatia) is 25 km (15 miles) from our villa. Ryan Air flies there from Stansted on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from £19.99 each way. Monarch Airways departs Gatwick at 10:15 and arrives at 13:25. The return flight leaves Pula at 14:25, arriving at Gatwick at 15:30. There's a number of low cost companies flying to Pula (PUY) from all over Europe, and you can rent a car from several companies at the airport. Alternative airports are Rijeka, Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. If you are getting here by car - Svetvincenat is very easy to find and once you are there you just can't miss the villa.

Additional services: We have an excellent cook for you, on request. The food is prepared and served on the property. You will find a menu once you get there. A four course dinner costs from 22 to 43 EUR per person. A day notice is required. You can rent a mountain bike for app. 12 EUR per day (insurance included) and take it to the wonderfull trail passing just by the villa.

Golf information: A beautiful 18-hole golf course is a 20-minute drive away. Located on the Briuni national park islands.

We loved it, found the villa to be comfortable and fun!
Everything was perfectly clean, absolutely fully equipped and prepared on our arrival (outside lights on, linen on the beds etc.).
Exactly as described and a lot nicer than the photographs.
The village is delightful and the people we met were very friendly especially the children. The region itself is very beautiful and definitely not overcrowded by tourists.
There is plenty to do in the area, cycle rides, horse riding, walking, pretty hill top villages and historic towns to visit.
We really can recommend this villa to everyone who loves good weather, the coast but not the tourists that go along with it.
Overall we have had a lovely holiday and feel very refreshed and happy, thank you!
