The apartment was constructed in 2008 to a high standard, designed by a local Austrian Architect to complement the beautiful and historic surrounding buildings. There are two bedrooms, a spacious living area and a large sunny balcony ideal for relaxing on after day in the mountains You will have exclusive access to the on-site Wellness Centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and massage facilities. You will also be able to use the private bar and roof terrace with stunning views of the valley.

Rauris and the surrounding area is the ideal place for a family skiing holiday offering around 36 Kilometres of ski slopes designated to accommodate every ability. Rauris alone has over 20 well groomed ski runs to enjoy The peak of the mountain at 2,175m above sea level gives you fantastic views and access to many picturesque descents down through beautiful tree lined pistes. Even the base of the mountain is still above 1,000m. The main gondola station (with ski school & ski hire) is just a five minute walk from the apartment Rauris is a beautiful summer destination, be it to explore the alpine mountainous landscape or simply a place to sit back, relax and soak up the crisp Austrian air There are two 18-hole golf courses located in the Salzach Valley with views of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The Rauris / Salzburgerland area gives the rambler access to a wealth of marked walking paths with some of the most stunning scenery to view along the way.

We were here in summer and it was great; nice weather and lots of things to do with the kids (even in not-so-nice weather). The apartment is perfectly located; has all amenities and is definitely value for money. We bought the Salzburgerland-card for the week and were all over the place without having to spend lots on entrance fees or gondola tariffs, etc. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and the apartment was the perfect base for a family of 4.
