Additional information about rental rates

  • On confirmation of booking 25% advance deposit required. Balance 50% payable before arrival.
    If emergency basis full amount before arrival.
    During high season the deposit is not refundable (Dec. 15 to Jan. 10).
    However at low season time the deposit will be kept towards next date of visit.
  • However, a discount of 15% is given on long term stay of over three months.
    During high season (December 15 to January 10) there is an increase in the rates by 25%.
    For 01 bedroom it is 195 per week; for 2nd twin bedroom extra charge of 75 per week
    During the low season (June to September) the rates are decreased by 20%.
  • A discount of 3% will be given on confirmed bookings.
