The living room, dining room and kitchen directly face one of western Canada’s most dramatic views – snow-covered Mt. Baker looming behind Haro Strait. Considering the unparalleled views from within, 503 has the highest degree of view privacy in the building, making this a very rare property.

In the same complex, but completely separated from the residences are the Sidney Pier Hotel, Haro’s restaurant, Haven Spa, a well-equipped fitness room, a coffee shop and more. Room service and concierge services are available to residents when desired.

Sidney is only a 20 minute drive from Victoria. It is easily accessible, with the Victoria international airport and ferries to Vancouver and the US just five minutes by car. The Anacortes Ferry is several blocks away. Nat Klein purchased this condo in 2011

We lived in Victoria for 7 years. Over time we found ourselves spending more and more time in Sidney. Sidney combines the best of small-town life with larger city amenities. The local pride is palpable, as there are always beautification and infra-structure projects making a wonderful town even better.

Sidney is home to, and surrounded by some of the best marinas in BC. The area is considered to be the gateway to some of the finest cruising destinations in the world.

Sidney is also the capitol of used bookstores in BC. Quaint shops and great dining are just part of what make this town so special.

A panoramic view is really a theater. Every sunrise, sunset, storm, rainbow of related event is captured by massive wrap-around windows. Every major room has access to a balcony, to relax or experience the breezes blowing off of Haro Strait.

503 was built in 2007 of the finest materials: hardwood flooring, marble and granite surfaces. The unit is smart-wired for modern electronics and communications devices. One can allow visitors access to the building via telephone from the unit.

This property is by far the most beautiful place I have stayed. Breath-taking views of the water, marina, Mt. Baker, sunrises and waterfront activity. It is luxury at its finest...comfortable and inviting. The little town of Sidney is quaint and lovely, and its proximity to Victoria and the airport ideal. An amazing place in every way.
