Enjoy an island getaway with easy access to the South Bayfront, the ferry, Balboa Peninsula and the beach as well as shops and restaurants on the Island. Also provides quick auto access to the Peninsula as this second floor unit with separate entry and balcony is located on the auto ferry street just six houses from the South Bayfront. View of Balboa Island Park from the front balcony and sunroom. The park has a small green space, play area and basketball court.

Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony and have Cal King Size beds, each bedroom has its own bath; one with walk in shower, the other with shower tub combination. Each Cal King bedroom has a flat screen tv. Third bedroom with Queen bed has access to a full bath across hallway. The two full baths recently remodeled with Oceanside Glass Tile.

Great room with fireplace is a combination living and dining area with 10 ft. white denim slipcover sofa, flat screen tv. No carpet. Great room and sunroom have hardwood floors and have access to a small balcony through french doors. Kitchen and entry have new marble floors in versaille pattern. Bedrooms and hallway have new whitebrushed, strand bamboo floors. Interior and exterior recently painted.

Covered parking space in carport. Property is mixed-use. Entire second floor is the three bedroom vacation rental. Downstairs is a law office.

The vacation rental accomodates a maximum of six people or less.

Available weekly and also available off-season October through June on a weekly/monthly or long term basis.

AMAZING PLACE ON BALBOA ISLAND

My husband and I rented this place from the owners for a four month winter stay. We are so glad we did! The owners have done a wonderful job of decorating and appointing this rental for either a long or short term stay. This place is everything represented here and more. The furnishings are lovely, and user friendly. We loved the color scheme, and the open windows and skylights. We felt very much at home here, and the kitchen is so well stocked we did not have to buy anything additional even for a four month stay. We loved being literally only a ferry ride away from the beach, bike/walking trails, shops, and restaurants (many with happy hours). The center of town on the island is less than a mile away, with access to shops, restaurants, and a post office. We love to walk, and the island is about a 3 mile walk around, with beautiful water, harbor, and boat views. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this place for either a vacation or longer term rental; you won't be disappointed!

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Weekly stays normally begin and end on Saturday. March 15-June 27 weekly rate is $2,000. June 28 -September 6 weekly rate is $2,500. Add 10% tax for City of Newport Beach occupancy tax. Add $200 for cleaning fee. Add $500 refundable security deposit. Payment-personal check or cashier's check. One-half of rental rate due when reserving; balance due 30 days before arrival.
