Bedrooms and hallway have new whitebrushed, strand bamboo floors. Interior and exterior recently painted.
Covered parking space in carport. Property is mixed-use. Entire second floor is the three bedroom vacation rental. Downstairs is a law office.
The vacation rental accomodates a maximum of six people or less.

|Minimum stay is 7 nights. Weekly stays normally begin and end on Saturday. March 15-June 27 weekly rate is $2,000. June 28 -September 6 weekly rate is $2,500. Add 10% tax for City of Newport Beach occupancy tax. Add $200 for cleaning fee. Add $500 refundable security deposit. Payment-personal check or cashier's check. One-half of rental rate due when reserving; balance due 30 days before arrival.|
