Celebrated area for its elegant, trendy streets and for the many stylish fashion shops, a traditional elegant mall, antiques' shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. In a short distance is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci' open air market.

We stayed here for a week, along with another couple. It was perfect for two couple, with a roomy area to sit in and another to eat in. The location was just what we wanted, easy to walk to a number of places (including Jardins de Luxembourg) and convenient metro/RER access to the rest.
Katrine was extremely helpful to us on arrival. One of us had lost her carry-on bag on the Brussels metro en route to Paris, including her medications. Katrine went out of her way to take us to her pharmacy to help us get replacement medications for the week in Paris and was very helpful in getting us settled in.
We would recommend this apartment very highly.
We are two couples who stayed in this apartment for 12 nights. We found that the photographs understated the size of the apartment, especially the living and dining areas. We enjoyed the layout and equipment in the kitchen, even the induction stovetop. There is no microwave but we were able to reheat foods in the oven on the few nights we decided to shop at Bon Marche and eat in. Our hosts were delightful. Everything in the apartment worked as promised. The location is wonderful with easy access to markets, restaurants, transportation by bus and metro and the Luxembourg gardens. We found the apartment to be good value for the rate charged, especially when compared to hotels in the neighbourhood. We would certainly recommend this apartment.
My husband, myself and my mother-in-law recently stayed in this flat for a one-week trip to Paris. It was exactly as advertised, if not even more spacious than we expected. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt very safe, and the flat was easily accessible for my mother-in-law. We were very close to the metro and within short walking distance to the Ile de Cite and Ile St. Louis. Also the rental group were lovely to work with and very professional throughout. It is an ideal unit for couples or small groups traveling together, older visitors, and families with children. We highly recommend it.
This apartment is wonderful. Very spacious by Parisian standards. It is on the 3rd floor. Only about 200 meters from Odeon Metro stop, an easy walk away from Notre Dame. Grocery store and bakeries are close. Would definitely use again! The only negative about the entire stay was the lady in the apartment building on the ground floor who is in charge of keeping the common areas on the ground floor clean, she was not very friendly, but having been in Paris before I know that is not uncommon.
