Nice, clean condo with all the amenities needed for a carefree vacation. Just south of the JW Marriott and close to supermarkets, restaurants and I-10. The owners were very accommodating and helpful, making all the logistics problem-free. The master bedroom was self-contained with an extended room containing two twin beds - a nice feature for a larger family. The second bedroom was located across the hall from the central bathroom and contained a comfortable queen size bed. The bicycles were a pleasant surprise although we were too busy to enjoy a ride. TV, radio, and plenty of items furnished so as to make you feel like you are staying at a friend's place. The bathroom fan was a bit noisy but should be an easy fix and nothing to complain about. Plenty of towels, bedding and even coffee, popcorn, and cereal in the kitchen closet. Of course, the enormous lemons that fell off the tree in the front yard were great - and mild enough to eat raw (yes, I do like lemons)! Excellent value for the money and a definite recommendation if you are in the area and prefer to spend your money on restaurants, art (El Paseo), clothing (Cazabon outlets), or golf (too many courses to name).
