We purchased this farmhouse with hopes of renovating and bringing it back to its original condition. However, as we started the project we discovered it would be too overwhelming and made the painful decision to take down the old property and rebuild. By using the same footprint and style we have been able to maintain the character of the "farmhouse" we fell in love with.
Love the radiant heat floors, sky lights, steam shower, coziness of the house and truly enjoy cooking in the beautiful new kitchen while looking across at the pond and mountain.
We are located 14 miles from Bar Harbor, 7 miles to Southwest Harbor and 15 minutes to Acadia National Park
