Phil has spent summers here since he was a child. His family have been the only owners. He has enjoyed and maintained the house over the years. Phil's family has been part of the local history and one can watch a video at the visitors' center in which he and a few others talk about this history. Our family uses the house part of the year and we share it with visitors at times.
