It is located in a quiet dead end / cul de sac with just mangroves and trees opposite the house WALK TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS - FREE TROLLEY AT END OF STREET. There are 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and a guest bathroom. It sleeps up to 10 people using the extra pop up bed and or sofa bed! There is a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with cooker / range, microwave fridge with icemaker, coffee maker. There is a kitchen nook with table for four. The dining area seats up to 6 people and overlooks the pool area. The large open plan lounge has a TV with DVD player and boom box. The south facing screened pool (heating is extra) is surrounded by a large pool deck with shaded area and patio table and chairs. It has a double garage

LARGE SOUTH FACING POOL & DOCK: There is a a large double garage with a sink and washer and dryer. The large garden has palms with a grapefruit and orange tree.The south facing screened pool (heating is extra) is surrounded by a large pool deck with shaded area and patio FREE ISLAND SHUTTLE – DON`T FORGET the Shuttle stops at the end of the street so you have easy and free access to all the main attractions of the Island close to your doorstep. All water sports are easily arranged, and there are over 20 golf courses within 25 mins drive of the island.

BOAT DOCK : Great for fishing or if you want to hire your own boat.
