Situated in this private development, accessed via electronic gates, this bungalow offers beautifully presented accommodation with an expansive deck running the width of the house to the rear. Part of a small development of circa 50 houses it is only 45 mins drive from Dublin and 10 mins drive to Wicklow Town. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside with the 'Garden of Ireland', Wicklow literally on its doorstep. Beautiful beaches are 5 mins walk away, whilst golfing enthusiasts have a choice of excellent courses within easy reach. There are tennis courts within the development with plenty of open space secure behind electronic gates. There is car parking which is immediately adjacent to the property.
