Detached cottage style home in development of 50 houses set behind secure electronic gates with on site caretaker, tennis courts and play area for children. The cottage which is decorated with stylish neutral shades of cream & white throughout has a large private deck. There is a beautiful unspoiled beach within 5 min walk of the house, and a choice of excellent golf courses which are within easy reach, including The European which is within 10 min drive, picturesque Woodenbridge GC approx 45 min drive, and Glen of The Downs approx 35/ 40 min drive. The surrounding scenery in this popular part of Ireland is breathtaking with both coastal and mountainous scenery to enjoy. The area is a haven for a variety of sports enthusiasts with areas suitable for hillwalking, cycling and swimming closeby! Wicklow Town is 10/15 min drive away, whilst Arklow is 15/20 min. The recently completed Bridgewter Shopping Centre and Muliplex cinema offer great options on a rainy day- only 15 mins drive!
