Great transportation system (24 hours bus service from/to airport and from/to city center). Bus stop 50 meters away. Also the area is very safe and nice. Supermarket, bakery, grocery, pharmacy, bank in 50 meters. Our discrete presence (we live in the same building) will offer you the necessary feeling of safety in a new environment and we will be close enough to help you with anything you may need.

This studio is ideal for those who like to benefit from all the advantages of living at the city center of a modern capital and at the same time not to sacrifice their tranquility by living in a noisy place. The studio (30 m2) is on the elevated ground floor of a large building block. The block of flats forms a large square with a nice and quiet garden at the middle, where the apartment looks at. The apartment is fully renovated and furnished and can easily accommodate 1-4 guests. In walking distance you will find three major avenues (Kifisias, Mesogion & Alexandras), the metro station (7 minutes walk), bus stations (2 minutes walk), grocery stores, theaters & cinemas, restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Loveable Experience 1. The apartment was clean and just as presented in the advertisement. It was a great location near lots of restuarants, but away from the city center. The metro system was very nice and convenient. The apartment was also very clean and ready for us to use. Very comfortable. I would recomend this place to friends or would come back here if I am every in Athens again.

Enjoyed our stay at Ampelokipi

We stayed in the Loveable Studio Apartment in April 2009. It was spotless and clean from top to bottom. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us. Bathroom was roomy with a nice shower and even a washing machine. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes.Had a full size refridgerator and cooktop burners, toaster, teapot, coffee pot.(no microwave though) There is a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The apartment was on the first floor and we did hear a bit of chatter in the morning as people went off to work but it was not bothersome. The apartment is close to the busline and subway systems. You could really walk all the way into Syntagma if you wanted to get some exercise. It really is not that far, maybe two miles tops. There are many restaurants, pubs and bakeries nearby as well as a very large supermarket (Carrefour) and a small local market two doors down. The building is locked at all times so we felt very secure.
Manos, the owner of the apartment, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us directions to the X95 airport bus nearby so we didnt have to haul our luggage all the way in to Syntagma. He also have us his cellphone number so we could call him if we had any problems. The only negative thing I could say about the apartment was that the bed was a bit firm for our liking but we solved that by taking the mattress out of the sofabed at night and putting it on top of the bed. It worked out fine and we slept great.
All in all it was a great stay at the apartment and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I really recommend this apartment it is at the center of Athens with a godd city view with every thing avaiable at the kitchen,so it is my advice to stay at this apartment its price is less than the hotel room with wide place.

Best ever apartments

We had to stay in Athens for 8 weeks in order for my husband to receive hospital treatment - we were absolutely dreading it but we found the Loveable Apartments site and never looked back. The first apartment - Loveable 3 was large, light, airy and so well equipped - we had 3 and half weeks there and could not have been more comfortable - everything was clean and so well maintained - only slight downside - could do with some better cooking pans
We finished our 8 week stay in Loveable 1 a studio which was once again spotless and well maintained and had everything we could wish for.
Having the owner on site made for a comfortable and troublefree stay - thank you for your care and attention, we really appreciate it and will most certainly recommend your apartments to all of our friends, who hopefully will not be in Athens for the same reason we were. My husband is recovering well - thank goodness

We found the apartment to true to its description, clean and comfortable. the owner met us and gave us a map and infomation on how to get around. Even though it was a big building, no noise problems and we would recommend this apartment to anyone.
