The building has a beautiful classic entrance with doorman. An old wood-trimmed elevator goes up to the top floor. From there the door to the apartment leads to a small stair that takes you further up to the penthouse level. For convenience, a dumbwaiter was installed to carry suitcases and anything heavy from the top floor to the penthouse.

The living room has unobstructed views of Rome through floor to ceiling windows, and a huge terrace that essentially doubles the living space inside.
