This spacious one bedroom beach front condo sleeps up to 6 people and has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of space and seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal. THIS CONDO IS NOT A SIDE UNIT.

The master bedroom has a KING bed, Flat Screen TV, alarm clock and phone as well as the master bath. For extra sleeping space, there are TWIN bunks in the hall and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the family room.

SunDestin’s extra amenities: outdoor tiki bar, fitness room, sauna & steam room, video game arcade, bbq grills, indoor and outdoor pools and picnic courtyard area. The resort offers an on-site convenience store and the SunDestin Bar & Grill. The condo offers a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony.

At SunDestin, you’ll be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and many other area attractions.

Unit 511 had every thing you could Possable need! From Cookware to towels! The only thing that could make it better than the fridge's ice maker is to have an ice maker in the hall! It had a Washer & dryer that was very helpful! Unit 511 was in the perfect spot to see the Beach, the Pool and the Hot tube! It had a wonder grill that we ate at more than any where else on our week long vacation and Sundestin had activitys for kids and adults to do! We stayed the week of the 4th of July and enjoyed Fireworks from our room & then Friday we enjoyed Karaokee they had set up by the hot tube! We watched and dance and Screamed and sung along from our private balcony! It was so funny that I couldn't go back into my room if I wanted to! 511 isn't to big and it's not to small! It's just perfect! The only problem we had was trying to catch an elevator! SunDestin was Packed and for good reason! It also had a gift shop that was Helpful, a Gym and a arcade room! A lot to do there with out leaving the Condo! Hope you stay there at least once, because you wouldn't want to stay any where else!

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Sundestin to anyone! The activities for the kids and the convenience of the location on the beach with 2 pools left us wanting for nothing! It was a great stay!

Great Resort- Highly Recommend

We stayed at this resort for the July 4th week and we loved it. Great service, great kids activities, clean, great restaurant on site, and great pool and beach access. We will stay here again!

A GREAT TIME!

We stayed in unit 511, great view, great room, great staff. The beach service is great too! Also, we went on the Kokomo/Reef Runner through Desitn Snorkel tour and it was amazing! Our kids are 9 and 6 and loved watching a movie from the pool. If you go with a low maintenance attitude you will have a good time. . Cant say enough about the friendly staff and convenient location. But definetely need a car to get to attractions. PS I dont ever write reviews but felt compelled to about this place!
