We chose our villa out of hundreds because it is not only one of the best we looked at, but it is located so well geographically. It is situated in a quiet and pleasant subdivision yet is only 5 minutes from the arterial I 4 highway which feeds all the major attractions. 3 minutes away is a newly built publix supermarket also a small shopping centre having a drug store which sells 'everything'. There is also a dunkin donuts, a pizza hut and a Chinese takeaway (But hey, no one goes to America to lose weight do we). 2 minutes further takes you into the famous champions gate or onto the highway at junction 58 and onto your children’s dreams. Equally the villa is also suitable for those who require peace and quiet or for those looking for a romantic break away from it all. ( my partner and i are honeymooning there in November actually). If you go right instead of I4 you get on to the I 192 where there are too many restaurants on the way to Kissimmee.

Our Mediterranean style villa is situated minutes from all the major theme parks and no fewer than 25 golf courses including award winning Reunion and Champions Gate. Perfectly located for Disney etc. with Gorgeous white sandy beaches just one hour away on either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts. Numerous shops and restaurants are also conveniently situated a few minutes drive away. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 people. There are two king sized double rooms and two twins; with a pull out sofa in the lounge should you need it. The lounge area features a high vaulted ceiling and is equipped with a 60 inch TV with audiovisual gear and a selection of DVDs. The big TV also incorporates a memory card reader so you can view the pictures you take on the big screen as soon as you get back to the villa. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with brand new fridge etc and a dining tabkle to seat six should you feel like eating in.

  • The master bedroom has a deep corner bath unit and a huge walk-in power shower, his and hers sink units and over mirror lighting.The second bathroom has a full sized bath and shower closet space and all soft furnishings have been purchased recently with all white luxury towels we have also provided beach towels for the use of our guests. downstairs bathroom with a full size bath and shower recently refurbished with new soft furnishings and extensive over mirror lighting. All bathrooms have extractor fans and new textiles.

  • The four bedrooms are all tastefully furnished with plush deep pile carpets and new lights,fans and wall pictures. The master bedroom has a bath/shower en suite and a positively huge walk-in lighted closet/changing room. The Queen bedroom has double closet and windows to two sides. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with fitted double door closets plus the upgrades mentioned. All bedding has recently been replaced new duvets and pillows mattress covers are available for the younger child new wall pictures have been hung. Also we have added touch control bed-side lamps. Warm bedding available for chilly nights and mattress covers are available for younger guests. Bedrooms are equipped with televisions & the downstairs twin bedroom is equipped new PS2 with a collection of games. All bedrooms have also been retro fitted with ceiling fans but all have airconditioning and windows with blinds.

Notes: The pool area has been enhanced with an ice trolley and four sunloungers with soft pads plus spares in garage we have a lighted covered lanai area fror when you might require shade with a new tasteful table/chair set. The pool has a bright underwater light which gives a highly attractive aspect to night time swimming. There is a selection of DVDs, videos CDs books and games for all tastes. We have been very lucky in finding a wonderful management team in Michelle and Sam who have proved invaluable to us and our guests they are always happy to be of help at any time of the day.
