This cosy villa, located in Sesmarias, between São Rafael and Galé, is ideal for people who want to be in a peaceful location but close to all facilities, within walking distance of amenities and the beach . The nearest beach is Praia da Coelha (Rabbit Beach), an exceptional beach with bar/restaurant which serves excellent dishes during the the holiday season. Other beaches are only a few minutes away.This villa with swimming pool (9m x 5m) and garden, surrounded by walls and hedges, is beautifully located at the end of a cul-de-sac. All shower rooms are en-suite. Games room with table top football, pool table and table tennis Covered terrace with dining table and BBQ close to the kitchen. Car hire is recommended but this villa would suit those not wishing to drive.

There are numerous very good restaurants in Sesmarias and Vale de Parra, two of them are in a distance of 100 and 200 metres. Sleeps 6+1 (z-bed - optional extra)

This villa is located in Sesmarias, between São Rafael and Galé, close to some of the Algarve's best beaches. Nearest amenities are: beach (Coelha): 600m, walking distance.

An exceptional nice little beach with bar/restaurant which serves excellent dishes during the the holiday season.

Restaurants (2): 200m.

Mini-market: 300m.

Supermarket: 1,5 km.

Golf course (Salgados): 2,5 km.

Shopping centre (Algarveshopping): 6 km (Guia village). The largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with shops, restaurants, multiplex cinemas and ten pin bowling.

Guia village: 5km. Famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri.

Albufeira town: 6 km. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season,

Marina (Albufeira): 3 km.

Airport (faro): 40 min drive.

Golf: The beautiful Golf course Salgados is just 5 minutes drive away.

The Algarve is well known for the diversity of its golf courses. In the moment there are more than 30 all over the region.

    This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.

Spectacular villa + pool, short walk to the beach

We did not know this area before and simply fell in love with it. A little track (7 min walk) through unspoilt nature, leads from the villa to a nice little beach called Coelha, with beach bar / restaurant. Our delicious dinners there are unforgettable! Other restaurants and a mini-market are also located within a very short walk from the villa.

Our holidays in this spectacular villa were truly amazing. It is a very cosy and well equipped villa with king size double beds (in 2 bedrooms) and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. We all enjoyed the large pool, which has sun all day, and the kids loved the large basement with ping pong table and darts. Thre is also a barbecue with nice sitting area on a partly covered terrace, right nexto to the kitchen (ideal for all meals). Pool and house were very clean and the garden very well kept.

The property management staff was was very friendly and helpful. It is good to know that there is always someone you can contact.

These were, by far, one of our best holidays in the Algarve. I truly recommend this villa to everyone. We already booked it for next year.
