The ground floor bathroom includes an art-deco double basin with pedestal, a WC, shower stall and bath-tub. The window offers a view of the picturesque rear garden. Guests will enjoy the comfortable and cosy salon. Satellite HD-TV with numerous international channels comes with a DVD & VCR for your enjoyment. There is also a spa area with a wonderful Hammam (Turkish bath) and sauna, with a wading pool and showers. The ground floor “gothic” bedroom has a breathtaking four-poster bed. There is also a laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, wash-tub and separate WC.
The striking and beautiful 15th century oak wood spiral staircase leads from the ground floor to the bedrooms on the first. The “Jodouin bedroom” with a large canopy bed has stunning view of the grounds. The grand master bedroom has a four-poster double bed, transom stained glass windows with views over the valley and an impressive fireplace. The Art Deco bathroom on the first floor includes a free standing “lion feet bath tub”. There is also a separate WC room with hand wash basin. The tower bedroom with large double bed is accessible through the ancient drawbridge. Moving to the other end of the chateau, a wooden staircase leads to a large attic room that is used as a dormitory bedroom with a double bed, futons and a convertible double sofa - ideal for children or teenagers. The rooms’ largest window looks onto the park surrounding the Pool.
The chateau is set in 2ha of fully enclosed park combining a variety of landscaping ideal for relaxing walks around the woods, orchard, manicured gardens and natural lawn areas. A large fenced swimming pool is tiled, heated and well maintained (size 13x6m). The reclining teak outdoor furniture and dining table, and a chaise-lounge are available for use by the guests. An outdoor terrace is also found in the chateau courtyard with dinning facilities, Teak furniture and a Weber BBQ. There is also ample parking space available by the property.
