The Ferme de Cassenac lies within the grounds of the chateau, but is entirely self-contained with its own swimming pool and garden. The house comprises 3 bedrooms (double, twin & triple), 3 bathrooms with separate WC, a large sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, a secluded garden, TV, DVD, CD, telephone, board games, a BBQ terrace and garden lounge suite. It is centrally heated for winter rentals. Pool cleaning, bed linen & end of stay cleaning is included. Outside is a 10x3m private swimming pool that can be lit at night, surrounded by sun loungers. On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen comes with American fridge and freezer, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher and crockery for twelve. The living/dining room has a dining table with 8 chairs, a 4 piece suite, 2 sofas, TV, DVD and home stereo system. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor are a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a triple bedroom (3 singles) with en suite shower room. Outside is the private 7x5m swimming pool. The pool can be lit at night and is surrounded by sun loungers. The house is reached by a private entrance and has it own garden. The dining terrace has a table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, a BBQ and outdoor lighting.
