The Maison de Cassenac lies within the grounds of the chateau, but is entirely self-contained with its own swimming pool and garden. The house comprises 3 bedrooms (double, twin & triple), 3 bathrooms with separate WC, a large sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, a secluded garden, TV, DVD, CD, telephone, board games, a BBQ terrace and garden lounge suite. It is centrally heated for winter rentals. Pool cleaning, bed linen & end of stay cleaning is included. Outside is a 10x3m private swimming pool that can be lit at night, surrounded by sun loungers. On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen comes with American fridge and freezer, gas cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher and crockery for twelve. The living/dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa, 3 armchairs, TV, DVD and home stereo system. There is also a twin bedroom with an additional single bed and a downstairs shower room.

On the first floor are the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and another double bedroom with en suite shower room. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, cupboards, sink and table. Outside is the private 10x3m swimming pool with views over the Dordogne valley. The pool can be lit at night and is surrounded by 6 deckchairs, a table and a parasol. The house is reached by a 600m driveway and sits in 2 hectares of private grounds. The dining terrace that can be reached from the living room has a table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, a BBQ and outdoor lighting.
