As you enter the entrance floor you will find a spiral staircase up to the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, a galleried dining hall with a large open fire and a convenient kitchen serving the dining room. Inside facilities include Sky television, a DVD and video player (plus a selection of videos and DVDs), a Sony Playstation 2, a large selection of board games and books, laundry facilities, cots on request, high chairs and logs for the fire.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms: one en suite with four poster bed and two single beds, one en suite with a double bed, two single bunk beds and one fold down bed, one en suite with a double bed and the final one with a four poster bed and additional single bed.
The Grenier Apartment on the first floor is a beautiful open plan area with a kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms (one double bedroom, one triple room with a single bed and bunk beds, and one single bedroom). On the second floor is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Outside there is a courtyard with a washroom with laundry and drying facilities. There is also a barn which is equipped with table tennis, table football, darts and other games. The grounds that belong privately to the manor house extend to 5 acres and are surrounded by quiet and peaceful farmland. There are plenty of areas to eat outside and a gas and charcoal BBQ is available for guests.
The large, indoor, heated swimming pool (6.5mx3.5m) is well equipped with sun chairs and tables and is surrounded by a raised decking area. Access to the water is controlled by lockable patio doors. There is a boules pitch and a soft sand tennis court. A children’s play area which includes a swing is also available. The grounds contain stunning gardens for walking in and lawns where ball games can be played. There are also two sheep and a small number of hens on the grounds which are safely fenced but can be of interest to younger guests. Guests are welcome to request the use of bicycles as well.
