This privately owned one bedroom apartment is ideally located within a 5 minute walk from Los Cristianos town centre and approximately 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Ideally located to be far enough away from the busier centre of town to have pleasant and undisturbed nights sleep. Apartment is of a high standard throughout. Parque Margarita is very peaceful and is full of spanish charm with exotic planted areas. Great for relaxing in the sun around one of two pools on complex or on balcony with a pint and glass of wine. Complex has friendly pool bar serving hot meals and drinks all day and into the evening. Apartment is fully equipped with open planned kitchen, cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fans. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and a safe to lock away your valuables and monies etc. Sleep four people and is very comfortable. WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT ON SAME COMPLEX....so please email us enquiry or tel us.

Parque Margarita is in Los Cristianos in the sunny south of Tenerife.It is quieter than it´s neighbour Las Americas and more suitable for for families and people who don´t want noisy night life on their doorstep. There are plenty of bars, restaraunts and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. There is a regular ferry service to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma and also excursions to Mount Tiedi, with various other sight seeing trips. Various boat trips from local harbour to watch the whales and dolphins with fishing trips as well. There are ample beutiful golf courses within 10 minutes drive by car or taxi ride. This holiday has something for everyone.

Our stay here was very enjoyable, we were made to feel very welcome and found the apartment very clean and well equiped. The complex is situated in a great spot for trips to the beach and shops, with only a ten minute walk to the sea front. There are also a range of bars and restaurants nearby which offer delicious good value meals, and very competitive prices on the local ale! We spent most evenings in the Swan Inn which is a bar just around the corner and has a warm and friendly atmosphere, also the italian restaurant nearby does the best pizzas ever either to eat in or takeaway. Overall our stay was extremely relaxing, the only downside to the whole trip was how quickly it went by, and we are counting the days until we can return again. I have already been recommending this apartment to friends and think it is suitable for all ages and those with children too.

Great Holiday!

We had a great time recently at Parque Margarita. The apartment was very clean and to a high standard. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful and friendly. Local bars and restaurants in abundance so plenty of choice. Beach was nice and found a few places that organise excursions. We went to Loro Parque, Siam Park, did an Island Tour through Miller Travel which was good value and a couple of whale and dolphin boat trips, so there was plenty to do. Pool was very welcomed and people are friendly. Really loved the beer around the corner at 95c! Thanks again.

A super apartment with great view and location.

My little Yorkshire Terriere dog and I just loved the apartment. It was decorated and furnished in a relaxing holiday style, had a very well equipped kitchen, nice size bathroom and plenty of closet and bureau space. It was "spic & span" clean. And there was a minimum of noise from the nearby bars in the evenings, which of course stopped after midnight. The owner Frank was very helpful upon arrival and one could always call him in case of problems, which I did not have. I would highly recommend the apartment to my friends and am looking forward to returning very soon.

Fantastic Holiday

This was our third time on this complex , but, have got to say without a doubt this apartment that we stayed in for the first time was absolutely a lovely apartment. It is an apartment where you can really chillout and is very quiet and relaxing. Coranation Street, Eastenders Emerdale Farm on T.V....Bar around corner 95 cents a pint....Hubby was well chuffed.....We have booked again and won't go to any other on this complex now we have found this one.....Highly recommended by us........

Great Apartment

We recently stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks for the first time and we absolutely adored it. The owners met us when we arrived and showed us in and were very helpful with info for restaraunts etc., The apartment is immaculate, very clean and to a very high standard. The complex has two swimming pools which are great. Everybody we met around pool seems to re/book and we can well understand them doing so , as we have now done the same. Lovely views and very friendly and secure..We highly recommend it to anyone..........
