Walk out of your front door and take a ride on one of San Francisco's famous cable cars. Located in the heart of San Francisco, atop beautiful Nob Hill, this cozy quiet hideaway, built in 1909, provides the comforts of home in one of the world's most beautiful cities.

The livingroom is furnished with a sofa sleeper that pulls out to a full size bed. Just off of the living room, separated by a pocket door, relax in the comforts of the bedroom in a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Enjoy a luxuious soak in the oversized claw foot tub, equipped with an oversized shower head.

Perfect Apartment and Location

What a fabulous apartment and a great owner. Thank you Michele for getting us out of a very difficult situation with another apartment and helping us settle in. The apartment was clean, fresh, comfortable and warm. We stayed in NO. 18 which had just been renovated. We used the laundry facilites and walked most places. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough...thanks for the fruit and bottle of wine on arrival!!

Charming place, great location!

Can't say enough about this place! The location = perfect. The unit is a cute charmer that makes you feel right at home. Clean, plenty of clean towels, tidy and well kept. We actually had 4 adults stay here but two of us (the younger couple) slept on the sofa bed (actually moved the sofabed mattress to the floor and with her extra feather beds/comforters we were completely comfortable) while the other couple got the comfy bed. It was great to have 4 people if you don't mind being all in the same place, using same bathroom etc. It's right up the street from a fabulous restaurant, Nob Hill Cafe, and from the Cable Car Musuem which I highly recommend. I'm not a huge history nut but it's free and has great photos and tells a great San Fran history, not just the Cable Cars. The owner is easy to work with and helped us get everything in order for our stay. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place to spend 6 days - great attention to detail!!!

Everything was in great order - great attention to detail - wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, Michelle was so nice and informative - close to all attractions, great little cafe on Nob Hill just a block away. Cable car goes right by - quiet nights too!! Photos of flat are accurate - it was VERY clean and wonderfullly furnished with great amenities. I would definitely recommend this property

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights. The location of this property was perfect in that it was located central to many popular destinations. Chinatown was 3 blocks to the East, Market Street about 8 blocks South and Fisherman's Wharf about 12 blocks North. All walkable distances, but if you don't like walking the rather steep hills, just jump on the cable car as both North/South routes stop directly adjacent to this property. There are nice neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants and a small grocery store all within a block. The building is over 100 years old, but this property is updated, well appointed and was extremely clean. The listing description accurately reflects the property. The owner was very personable and accommodating and made sure all was in order for our stay. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Terrific location and delightful place

My wife and I spent 8 days touring San Francisco and visiting our son who lives/works there. This apartment was a delightful alternative to hotel living. The description is accurate. The property is well maintained and had all the accessories we needed. We did have a problem when a part of the shower wasn't working properly and the owner promptly arranged for her repairman to fix the problem. All of our dealings with the owner were a good combination of personable and professional. The location was just right for us--a lot of walking to all the places we wanted but a pleasant neighborhood and short walk to coffee shop and a few nice restaurants. We recommend this place and compliment the owner on her efforts. We look forward to returning whenever we visit San Francisco.
