The Garden: We are conveniently located less than a mile from Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort, Wyndham Nassau Resort and Breezes Hotel. Just step outside the Townhouse and explore within our secure gated grounds various seasonal trees bearing organically grown fruit. Bask in nature and enjoy organic sun ripened gifts: bananas, pigeon plums, papaya, avocado, sugar applesi, Aloe Vera, passion fruit, coconuts, red and black mulberries…all complimentary. Sample whatever is in season. Yes, we aim to please!

The Flowers & Lilies: We have a splendid array of flowers, plants and exotic water lilies. We have lilies that bloom in the day and others that bloom exclusively at night. Take a stroll around the property and you will see tropical birds, , a vast variety of native flowers, plants and fruit trees and a small organic seasonal vegetable garden. Sample whatever is in season. Then step into a modern charming and exquisite Bahamian neighborhood. All of the homes have their individual design and charm. We are located just 1 minute away from the current Prime Minister’s residence.

Fish Pond & Birds: The children will absolutely love feeding (with supervision) the on site birds and fish. There is also a park at the nearby Goodman's Bay Beach/Cable Beach where they can play in the swings and enjoy a wholesome cultural interaction with Bahamian children their age.

Great Condo - central location

Four of us stayed at the condo from Nov 10 to Nov 16, 2008. It was very spacious and clean. Here are the highlights of the condo:
- Great price when compared to other condos and hotel rooms.
- Two bedrooms and 2.5 baths - very clean
- Large dining table with plenty of silver ware
- Kitchen with toaster, gas stove, oven, large refrigerator
- Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining area.
- Central Air conditioning
- Cable TV, DVD Player
- Wireless Internet
- Washer/dryer
- About a 5 min walk to the bus stop - which takes you to Cable Beach and downtown Nassau. Bus rides are $1.25. I think this is a great option vs. renting an expensive car or scooter. Buses run until 7pm. Once bus service ends, we took taxis everywhere.
- Owners are very attentive and friendly

As you can tell, we were VERY satisfied with the condo and recommend it to anyone. Just remember, this is not a hotel, so you won't be able to leave a mess in the morning and come back in the afternoon to find the place cleaned up. That being said, this is great for 2-6 people and is priced right.

Erlene (Buffalo, New York) On our previous visits to Nassau - which have been many - my friends and I have always stayed on Paradise Island. This year we decided to look for accommodations on Nassau side. I am so glad that I discovered Julie's townhouse. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. The house had everything to make this a "home away from home". It was comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. Great value for the price which included transportation from and to the airport. Julie's warm hospitality and willingness to show us the island made us feel like members of the family. We will definitely stay again.

WONDERFUL!

Upon arriving at the airport, our very friendly driver, Cheryl, drove us to the townhouse and gave us lots of tips about things to do in Nassau and how to get around. Staying at the townhouse, instead of a hotel, offered a bit of an opportunity to experience what it is like to live in Nassau. We met many friendly local people while at the beach, shopping at the market, and eating at the Fish Fry. The townhouse was clean, roomy and relaxing for our family of four, and it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, a large dining area, TV's, even laundry detergent for the washing machine. We loved walking out the back door and picking a mango to eat with our breakfast! It is a five minute walk to the beach and it was not at all crowded. The bus line is close and you can get to anywhere you want to go for $1.25. We had a great experience and look forward to our next trip back!

Great Place to stay

Julie and her family were unbelievable kind, generous, and hospitable. They went above and beyond what they needed to make our stay comfortable. Even the neighbors were amazing! The property was very clean and very well maintained. Julie ensured we had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the condo was a ways from down town, however we went down town every day, but taking the busses was easy, accessible and fun! Love the straw market, but after a few days it can get tiresome. Just be careful when deciding where to go when clubbing. We had a wonderful time and will be back!!!!!!

Very Nice Stay

Our family of four enjoyed our 10 day stay at the townhome. The townhome is very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed having space to relax. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and laundry. We really enjoyed the fresh mangos! Julie was very nice and helpful both before and during our trip.
