This villa is ideal for discerning small parties who require a larger house (260sq m), with 8x4m lounge, large seperate dining room, kitchen, utility room, study and guest cloakroom. Luxuriously appointed and furnished with cable TV, DVD and stereo system. Outside, private 10x5m pool, numerous terraces with dining and occasional furniture, BBQ and mature lawned gardens extending to 1350sq m. Stunning golf course views both to the front and rear making a relaxing environment for both golfers and non-golfers alike. Casa Antonio is our winter home and as such is tastefully furnished and interior designed. It has been graded 5* by a leading villa rental company and is only available for rental during the high season. It is situated within a gated community, with a bar, restaurant and supermarket on site. Whilst the golfing facilities are second to none, the proximity to several great beaches and other attractions means you needn't be a golfer to enjoy a 5* holiday.

Situated on the Pestana Golf Resort, with two championship golf courses, a golf academy and driving range. The resort is just to the west of the picturesque coastal resort of Carvoeiro, with its many beaches, restaurants and cliff walks.10 minutes drive to the west is the pretty fishing village of Ferragudo, again with several beaches and good restaurants.Other places of interest within 15-20 mins drive are the resorts of Benegil and Armacao de Pera to the east and Praia de Rocha and Alvor to the west,the coastal city of Portimao and the historic town of Silves.Apart from the sporting facilities mentioned, there are two water parks, numerous supermarkets and two multi screen cinemas within a 15 min drive. The mountain villages of Monchque and Foia, famed for their natural beauty and al fresco chicken piri-piri, are also within easy reach.
