We have 3 wonderful family homes, all just 5 minutes from Disney, Seaworld and Universal. They have been decorated and furnished to the highest 5* standard by award winning interior designers to ensure your stay is luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. All 3 villas have pools and are within the areas most prestigious gated communities with free use of all facilities including, clubhouse, wifi/internet, amazing pools, volleyball, kids play areas and much more. All 3 villas/townhomes include cable TV and flatscreen TV's - 2 are 3 bed proprties and 1 is a 4 bed and sleep 10-12 respectively, if using the sofa beds in the lounge, or 8-10 if using bedrooms only.

The neighbourhood's 9,000 sq ft clubhouse includes two heated community pools, a cyber cafe, a games arcade, a fitness centre, and a large gathering room for relaxation. At Encantada you'll never run out of things to do.     Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling or $100 USD.

    Please note that Easter, Christmas and New year all fall into high season rates.
  • Together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100 UK Sterling or £200 USD per week is due to secure your dates.
    A refundable security deposit of £150 UK Sterling or $200 USD is due before your arrival date. This deposit will be repaid back to you within thirty days of leaving the villa once we have confirmed that the villa has not suffered any damage and the key has been returned.
    Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight weeks before your arrival date or at the time of booking if arrival date is within Eight weeks.
