Kerleroux is based in Manthelan and is 5 km from the beautiful medieval town of LOCHES well known for its cultural environment. It also offers one of the largest traditional markets in the area (Wed & Sat). The property is the annex of the chateau that burnt down in the 18th c. It is surrounded by its romantic 500 acre land including woods, farm land and a 6 acre lake full of a variety of fish including carp. Ground floor: Hall; WC; Large sitting-room(13 x 7 meters); dining-room; Fully equipped kitchen First floor: Television room; WC; 2 Large ensuite double bedrooms (one with jet bath);2 twin bedrooms with hand basins; 1 double ; large bathroom (double sink); Utility room (washer, dryer, ironing). Second floor: WC; single bedroom with hand basin; Double bedroom with mezzanine and hand basin. Third floor: 2 twin bedrooms. Heated swimming pool (12x6 meters + Roman end). Area equipped with garden furniture, sun lounges, parasols, changing-rooms, showers and a WC. Covered BBQ
