This comfortable 200 square meters dream villa was built in High-Ceiling construction method that still strengthens the magnificent interiors. The mile long Vanderbilt Beach is accessible on foot or by the free of charge available bicycles (approx. 1.5 km) in just a few minutes. The shopping centres and restaurants are likewise only 1 mile away. The big pool is heated, the 100 square meter pool area disposes of a solar terrace and a roofed terrace providing protection from insects is completely furnished, screened and thereby allows a comfortable BBQ evening in the pool till late night. The generous subdivision of the villa also offers a bigger family marvellous free space and the equipment leaves no more desires. Sun benches, sunshades, chill boxing are available for your beach stay etc. For the children, there are beach and pool toys, pool, high chair, baby bed, car children seat etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are set for 2 people. Any additional person: 5.00 € per day. Additionally there is a 6% Florida tax and 4% tourist tax to be paid. The prices are all inclusive with electricity and water costs, as well as weekly pool and garden maintenance. For the final cleaning, there is an extra charge of 120 USD (for 6 persons 150 USD). The heated pool can be used upon request. For the increased electricity fees we would charge 15 USD per day. Easter and Christmas 20% surcharge. A security deposit of 300 € is to be paid before arrival.

Notes: The comfortable equipment of the villa leaves one with no more desires. The living areas are generous and open. The kitchen with bar and bar stools is equipped with modern electrical appliances, amongst others a cooler and frostier combination with Ice-Maker. The study is equipped with desk, phone, fax and Internet connection and you can follow when required your usual business activity. The central air-conditioning provides pleasant temperatures in the villa and there are numerous ceiling fans for additional 'fresh' wind. For the youngest guests, a cot, high chair, car children seat, bicycle children seat and numerous beach toys are at hand. With the bicycles available, you can undertake tours through the marvellous surroundings. The large outskirts area of the villa surrounded by tropical palm trees and lit during the nights, along with a 8.50 x 4.30 m heated pool invites you to spend time outside.

Dr. Tamler, Düsseldorf: Ein paradiesisches Haus, ruhig, sauber, perfekt eingerichtet. Familie Kai Hahn, Iserlohn: Ein wunderschönes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung mit guter Lage zu den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Südwest-Florida. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Horst Gebhardt, Lauf/Pegnitz: Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Auszeichnung: 1 mit Stern. Karl Heinz und Gisel Birkhoff aus Grevenbroich: Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann merken, dass dieses Haus von einer deutschen Hausfrau geführt wird. Vom Pool bis zur Küche entspricht es höchsten Anforderungen. Es ist besonders für Golfer geeignet, da sehr schöne Plätze in nächster Umgebung sind. Kevin Williams aus Dorsten: Thank you for allowing us to use your house for our holidays. Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses innen und aussen war hervorragend und es war super sauber.
Die Räumlichkeiten im Haus sind sehr gut aufgeteilt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist besonders hervorzuheben genauso wie die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war hervorragend.

Zum dritten Mal begeistert!

Wenn wir unseren Urlaub in Naples verbringen, dann nur in der Villa Royal Palm, wie nun bereits zum dritten Mal.
Nach wie vor sind wir begeistert, sowohl von der Ausstattung des Hauses als auch von der idealen Lage zum kilometerlangen Sandstrand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Das Haus ist immer in einem Top-Zustand und es fehlte uns hier an nichts. Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren hat sich der Standard des Hauses eher noch erhöht.
Besonders mögen wir auch die ruhige Lage des Hauses in der amerikanischen Wohnsiedlung. Da hier kaum Verkehr herrscht, ist das Radfahren sehr entspannend und die Kinder können auf der Straße vor dem Haus gefahrlos Skateboard fahren oder Ball spielen.
Natürlich kommen wir wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, es fehlt an nichts, wenn auch die Einrichtung Geschmacksache ist, was jedoch den Komfort nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, unweit vom Strand und nahe an allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Supermarkt Publix und andere Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden, da in unmittelbarer Nähe ).Der Mietpreis ist angemessen.Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir haben das Haus in einem perfekten Zustand vorgefunden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lagel was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten betrifft, mehr noch aber die Lage zum Strand. Wir haben mehrmals die Fahrräder genutzt und uns gefreut, dass wir deshalb keinen Parkplatz für das Auto benötigen.
Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eines Ferienhauses ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt vom ersten Moment an außerordentlich angenehm gemacht hat.
Der zusammengestellte Hausordner ist sehr informativ und sollte nach unserer Auffassung auch "Amerika-Neulingen" gut helfen, sich in den USA zurecht zu finden.
Wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter.
