A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the perfect location........Cumbrian Lakes.

Now you've begun making plans for that dream holiday, choose a villa that will add the luxury and comfort you desire (and shall we say deserve!). Situated on an exclusive gated community surrounded by conservation area and scenic lakes. The development has a childrens play area and jogging/walking trails for our more energetic guests. Just 12 minutes to Walt Disney World and 5 minutes from the supermarket, restaurants and attractions on the highway 192. Plenty of excellent golf courses nearby. The villa has a large, private heated pool with extended lanai. It is luxuriously and tastefully decorated throughout with additional extras and upgrades. There is a spacious lounge with cable TV, DVD and CD player. TV's with DVD/VCR in all bedrooms with a PS2 in the Disney room. Fully equipped kitchen with every possible convenience. Air-conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans. Both master bedrooms with en suites. Games room with pool table etc. Excellent management company.

Cumbrian Lakes is an up-market development which is ideally located within easy reach of all major attractions and yet in a calm and peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard. All the Disney theme parks, Universal and Seaworld are less than 15 minutes drive away and are very easy to get to. There are many great places for shopping such as BuenaVista, The Loop, Florida Mall and Millenia Mall and many more. Within 5 minutes drive there is a Walmart and a Publix supermarket. Along the Highway 192 there are dozens of great restaurants offering a huge variety of different foods such as Italian, Mexican, Seafood and many more....

For golf lovers there are many great courses such as Falcons Fire, Kissimmee and Celebration within a short drive. Further afield Busch Gardens is most definitely not to be missed and Kennedy Space Centre is well worth a visit both approx 1 1/4 hours drive. Finally if it is beaches you are looking for there are good ones at Daytona and Clearwater.

  • We have a huge King Master Bedroom which has patio doors which over look the pool. The large ensuite bathroom has a sunken bath, spacious shower, twin vanity units and a seperate toilet. There are two walk in wardrobes, one with a safe for added security. The Queen Master bedroom also has an ensuite. The twin has a seperate bathroom and toilet, In the childrens room there is a bunk bed which sleeps two at the bottom and one at the top. Additional queen size sofabed to sleep two can be found in the lounge.
