A comfortable, newly refurbished apartment in the village of Argelès Plage (Argelès sur Mer) in the French Catalan country. Well located, close to the beach (50 meters). You'll appreciate its large terrace (20 m2). Argelès is very close to Collioure (7 km) and Banyuls (16 km), two typical Mediterranean villages. Spain is not so far (Spanish border 20 km and Costa Brava/Girona 65 km). Guarantee deposit 250 €. Deposit 30 % of the rental. Mandatory cleaning service 50 €.
