The apartment is located 50 metres from the beach. The terrace is 17 meters facing the sea equipped with a garden table and 6 chairs, access directly from the main bedroom and the living-room. Two bathrooms, one in the main room. Independent kitchen fully equipped. Two bedrooms, built-in wardrobes. The living-dining room has 20 meters. The apartment was painted in January 2008. It has a beautiful interior decoration. Stone floors. wood doors. Inner courtyard , with internal fountains and two elevators directly go to the garage. Video-porter and security door. Swimming pool surrounded by gardens and lawn areas. The theme park, Port Aventura located in 2 km and the Water Park of Aquopolis, 1.5 km. The city of Tarragona is 12 km, 90 km from Barcelona, Terra Mitica ma park. Ddifferent aquatic sports activities, bike rental. Termes Montbrió Spa resort in 20 km . No pets of any kind allowed.
