Stunning modern two bed villa that has been a family home and well cared for. Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a fabulous living room with separate dining room/conservatory. Very tasteful double bedroom plenty of wardrobe space with en-suit bathroom marble tiled floors and air conditioning. Bedroom two contains two single beds and wardrobes. There is a cloak room with shower and WC just off the hallway. The villa has just been redecorated throughout and no expense has been spared on this villa. It also has its own parking space and garden areas. With its sunny sun terrace the villa affords total privacy and is the ultimate sun shine hide away.

Nearest beach:   beach at 200.0 Metres

Situated on the south coast of Tenerife and very close to the Reina Sofia airport, Golf del Sur, as its name suggests, is primarily a golfing resort. There are several world-class courses on offer, but this should not put off the non-golfer, as there are other activities besides testing one's swing. The San Blas commercial centre has a pretty square ringed with restaurants, bars (including karaoke bars) and shops, and there is also tennis, crazy golf and bowling on offer. For those seeking more action, the resort is close to the ever-popular Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos resorts, which are accessible by bus. Hiring a car is also an excellent way to explore the surrounding areas and take in what Tenerife has to offer. Activities Boat Trips from Tenerife : There are a huge number of companies offering boat trips to tourists and these vary from a 'booze cruise' on a cruiser offering lunch, drinks and water sports to a trip around the island on a sailing boat or catamaran.

  • Rental is based on 4 sharing additional persons at €50.00 each upto 6 sharing.
    £150 deposit will be due upon booking the villa, and the full amount to be paid 1 month before the holiday commences. The property is now managed for me by a company based in Tenerife who will take care of guest welcome packs and management of my bookings so my self or one of their reps will be their when you arrive.
