Photos and Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

Situated in the quiet community of Greater Groves just off Highway 27, and less than half an hour from the main Disney Parks, the Sapphire Villa is located in a small cul-de-sac on top of a hill overlooking the rest of the community. Surrounded by greenery, and in the best position to catch the sun, the villa is the perfect place to relax after the long days at the parks (or at the malls!). Upon arrival at the villa, you will find a welcome pack containing tea, coffee and a selection of muffins to help you settle in. If you need food (or an instant shopping fix) there is a large Walmart only a couple of minutes away down Highway 27, along with a selection of restaurants and a Walgreens/CVS Pharmacy.

  • * £200 security deposit to hold booking, via cheque, which will be uncashed, to be returned within 14 days of end date of booking (subject to villa inspection).
  • * 50% of total balance due within 7 days of booking and receipt of security deposit. Remainder of balance to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure.

  • The master bedroom has a TV/DVD combo, closet, patio doors out to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with his & hers' sinks and seperate shower, bath and WC. The Queen bedroom also contains a TV/DVD combo and a closet, and also a private bathroom just opposite with a shower, WC and sink and private access to the pool area. Bedroom 3, decorated in blue, has a TV with a PlayStation and a closet, and Bedroom 4, decorated in lilac, has a TV and a twin closet. The two bedrooms have a bathroom between them with a bath with overhead shower, WC and sink.

Notes: Once you step through the door of the villa, you will be presented with the smaller of the two living areas, which has a comfortable sofa and chairs, and also a computer with free internet access. To your right is the main dining area with dining table and six chairs, and to your left is the door through to the main bedroom. The main bedroom has, among other things, a large dressing table and mirror, TV with built-in DVD player, and a large en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and enclosed WC. Walking through the archway from the smaller living area, you pass the breakfast nook with a table and four chairs, and then on into the main living area. This large open space has an oversized 3-seater sofa and oversize 2-seater settee, a long coffee table, and an entertainment system with TV, DVD, video, and separate CD/radio. All doors to the pool area come equipped with pool alarms to stop children getting out of the house unsupervised.
