This modern, three storey villa has been constructed to a very high standard. The ground level entrance leads into a spacious living/dining room, opening through French doors onto a verandah, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and enjoys a constant, cooling breeze. The modern kitchen, with granite worktops and modern appliances. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest bathroom. A garage completes the ground level facilities. Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 a queen size bed: both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms open onto a generous family entertainment area with a sofa bed, books, TV and DVD. The lower ground floor can be accessed from the ground floor verandah or from an external staircase. There is another spacious patio for alfresco dining, barbeque and relaxing by the pool.
