In the heart of the historical Naples (called Spaccanapoli) 10 mt from St. Domenico Maggiore Square et 70 mt from the famous St. Chiara Monastery. Charming studio, just renovated, with vaulted roof in an historical building of the 16th century, wholly furnished with parquet/Neapolitan terracotta tiles, American style kitchen and restroom with shower. The studio is for 2-4 people and is equipped with: 2 Sofa beds (double bed), Air conditioning cool/warm and a TV. The American style kitchen is equipped with a Cooking stove, a Microwave, and a Fridge freezer. Independent entrance. Sheets and towels included in the price. The apartment is authorized to practice the “holiday house lease” by the by the City Council of Naples (L.R. 24/11/2001, n. 17).

Excellent location and enchanting apartment especially because of it's original history. Updated sensitively and very practical with adequate appliances etc. Also the liason with Luciana was always very punctually responded to and his advice and help,recommendations etc really good. Ideally situated for access to range of restaurants/ supermarkets. Good links both cheap and frequent services from train station to Pompeii Herculaneum and Sorrento. Also near port for any boat excursions etc. We had excellent 5 days stay with 3 adults staying in the apartment . Naples streets are an experience in themselves and there are good attractions to see ie Main museum,Palace, Castle on the hill for views and subterranean guided walk our favouries.

Stayed here with two friends and we had a great time! Charming apartment in the heart of the beautiful old town - Located in a typical old Napolitano Palace with vaulted roofs. Typical market just a few steps. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Naples!

Le meilleur quartier de Naples

Nous sommes très heureux de cette location. Nous n'aurions pas pu choisir meilleur quartier dans Naples car il permet d'accéder en 10-15 minutes de marche au port d'un côté (pour visiter les îles du Golfe) et à la gare centrale de l'autre (d'où nous sommes notamment allés à Pompéi et Paestum - sites plein de merveilles). Sinon, le quartier en lui-même permet de se plonger dans la réalité quotidienne (animée) des Napolitains. Des restaus, glaciers et pâtisseries typiques de Naples sont à quelques pas de l'appartement. On trouve également une supérette et une borne de retrait juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est très agréable et se révèle être un havre idéal après une journée de marche. Nous pensons donc revenir à Naples chez Luciana, (une semaine, c'est trop court)
