Platzia Beach Villa is an independent luxury villa - a family owned business - just 20 metres from the coast with unobstructed views of the sea, where you can savour the mesmerizing sunsets in complete privacy. It is a luxury newly built villa near to the baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas peninsula. Within walking distance to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop etc.) .To Paphos Town and to the fantastic sandy beach of Coral Bay it takes approximately 5 minutes drive. There is help and advice when needed, friendship and local hospitality which are still a way of life.

The fitted kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, full set of crockery. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both en suite with large balcony to enjoy the view, table and chairs. The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 9m x 4,5m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an out door shower. Safe box. Hairdryer.
