The villa has been designed & decorated to the highest standard and includes an Opus multi room entertainment system with iPod dock, satellite TV's and PC. The entertainment room includes a games console, TV, DVD, PC, video games and a DVD collection for all ages, together with a selection of board games and books (for the traditionalists!) Located close to Aquaventure, Mall of the Emirates, Wild Wadi and the Emirates Golf Club, this holiday villa is perfectly situated for a luxury Dubai vacation. The Palm Jumeirah is the most extraordinary residential project on earth. The first of the 3 man-made Palm Islands off the shores of Dubai, the Palm extends 4 miles into the Arabian Gulf, and is surrounded by an 7 mile long crescent shaped breakwater which is home to the Atlantis Hotel Dubai, Aquaventure water park and the 4.5 hectare Dolphin Bay. This luxury Dubai holiday villa is situated on Frond A and has its own private beach! Almost guaranteed sunshine, world class golf courses, a wide range of restaurants and bars, duty free shopping, the Wild Wadi Water Park and the desert activities will keep you very busy. Close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars of the 5/6* hotels, yet ideally located to enjoy quietness. The Montgomerie golf club and Emirates golf club are minutes away. Grocery shopping facilities are also close by offering free delivery should you wish to order by phone.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The maid will run short errands including grocery shopping if required, subject to taxi fares. Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.
  • Prices are based on a 6 person minimum occupancy, please ask for pricing for larger groups of up to 10. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 1.8% processing fee.
