Our villa perfectly located for taking advantage of all that Central Florida has to offer. The house is close to everything and yet in a wonderful location offering peace and tranquillity on a perfect golf course and backing onto miles of forest. Just 20 minutes from the main gate of Disney and very close to all the other attractions in Orlando, 35 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. Add to this about 90 minutes drive to both the Gulf Coast and the Gold Coast of Florida, and you have the perfect base for your holiday in Florida.
It's not hard to see why many people rave about Highlands Reserve - the estate incorporates the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf Club, a public course that is very popular with visiting golfers as well as communal children's playground, tennis court and swimming pool. To take care of all your incidental needs, conveniently located next to Highlands Reserve is a shopping plaza with Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways and banks.
About The Accommodation:
The accommodation provided is luxurious in all ways and fully air-conditioned throughout for your comfort and along with extensive living areas, spacious fully fitted kitchen, private pool and has four large bedrooms ( one king and en-suite, two queen and one twins).
The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom which has a garden tub, large walk in shower, double vanity units and separate toilet. An in room safe is also installed in this room for the protection of your valuables. Hairdryer is available in the master bedroom. There are three further bedrooms, two with Queen bed and one with twin beds and a further bathroom adjoining to serve these.

The family room is spacious with ample seating and benefits from our new cable installation. You have free wireless broadband internet access in the villa, meaning you can bring your laptop and keep up to date on weather, flight times, theme park opening hours, etc or even emails if you want to tell the folks back home what a great time you're having. Free local telephone calls are also included.
There is a formal dining room laid out with table and chairs for that special meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as special as can be, including large range cooker, microwave and American style fridge freezer. It is fully stocked with all the utensils needed for a meal of any occasion! Adjacent is a nook area. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available in the utility area along with an ironing board and iron.
The villa also has a large caged private pool area with patio furniture.
